1. Open the photo you would like to use.




2. Sharpen the image.


3. Create a new raster layer, and fill it with this texture from Ianthinus at Live Journal.



4. Set the layer to "Lighten" at 100%



5. Create a new raster layer, and fill it with this gradient.





6. Set the layer to lighten from anywhere between 10%-100%. I set mine to 53%.


6. You are done!
