1. Open your image.
2. Duplicate the Background Layer.
3. Set the properties of the duplicated layer to Multiply at 50% opacity.
4. Using the Saturation Brush (The Brush), left-click all over the image. This should be your result afterwards:
5. Duplicate the Background Layer once again and drag it to the top of the other layers in your Layers panel.
6. Go to the second Copy of Background Layer, the one that you created in step 5. Go to Effects >> Photo Effects >> Sepia Toning... and match your settings to mine:
7. Finally, go to the properties of the same layer and change the properties to Normal at 60% opacity.
