ANGEL GLOW

1. First, open the photo you would like to use.

2. Duplicate the layer. Layers > Duplicate

3. Go to Adjust > Blur > Gaussian Blur, and adjust it to about 5 (you can increase the number if you want more of a glow).

4. Go to Layers > Properties, and adjust it to "Overlay" anywhere between 50%-100% (it depends on the image). For my image, I chose 69 percent.

4. Duplicate the layer again, but this time change the layer properties to screen at 40%.

5. "Merge Visible" the layers. Layers > Merge > Merge Visible.

6. This is my finished result.
