to
1. Open your image.
2. Create a new Levels Layer by going to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Levels....
3. Change the settings to mine:
4. Now, duplicate the Background Layer and drag it to the top of all the layers. Set the properties to Luminance at 100% opacity.
5. Duplicate the Copy of Background Layer and set the properties to Burn at 35% opacity.
